Sandy's prayer for 2010

"As I lay me down to sleep;
I pray dear Lord my food will keep;
And I do earnestly pray that when I wake
A family, waiting for me, will take

I have learnt to sit and sometimes paw
And still learning so much more
Walk on leash, Don't pull, Don't rush
Don't bark, well not much :)
The newspaper is my bane
I find it so funny, its like a game
But the cross looks from eveyone when I pee
Tells me, Oops, Uh oh, but huh, I still don't see ....?
Its not easy but I'll try
If that makes me more adoptable??.. sigh
I'm still young and have time
One day I'll be in my prime.
I know I don't look like the other pups
Who have floppy ears and soft goofy looks
Umm, I once had that
But then I grew
And now have BIG ears
That points to the sky
Just like my beautiful momma
Who told me to hold my head up high
Cos she says I'm as good as any other
Who comes with certs, or pedigree and whatever
Long fur with ribbons and bows all kinds of colour
I don't need them, only my collar
I will be quiet, I will be good
I will be faithful, loyal and true
I promise I will stay by your side
Till the end of my time I'll bide,
Is there a home, a family
Someone who cares
To take me in with love to share?
For now I'll wait and close my eyes in prayer"
Hopeful SANDY for Adoption
She is 3 months and such a clown now. She knows how to sit before her food / treats and has a very good appetite. She still learning how to toilet train but is a very curious pup and adores people, other dogs (and food), which we are happy as the vet says this is good rehabilitation on her part. No matter how soundly she is sleeping, snoring upside down turtle style, the minute she hears rustling of plastic bag or someone eating, you can be sure Sandy is silently by your side looking on - hopeful.

Yes Hopeful Sandy that is what we call her. Currently undergoing treatment right now for her skin due to environment and stress prior to her rescue, otherwise she is very healhy, playful and very cute, curious and has the saddest looking face with her big ears and huge eyes. Even when she is happy, she looks sad, only evidence of happiness is her waggy tail. She knows her name very well, knows how to sit and walks well on leash. We are still training her with toilet. She is not barky but whimpers or whine to sound her happiness or hunger.

Sandy was saved from being put down just hours before the deadline was up. Seeing her happy, alive and a carefree pup makes us very glad to have rescued her in the nick of time. Unfortunately, Sandy will not be suitable for HDB (or public housing) as she is considered a mid-size dog. She will grow into a small mid size.

Blessed Christmas everyone !

 

I'm so happy today.!

I've been secretly wishing to spend Christmas in church this year.

But I thought I couldn't.

I'm quite banned frm Serangoon because my daddy's afraid of gossip abt my baby and I.

 

So when Timo invited me to church that day, i was quite excited.
Until he said , "we're inviting the neighbourhood residents too"
Then I totally SIGH .
I know I cann't go alrdys.

Thank God that He still has His plans!

Ana invited me to her church :DDD

So Jael sings "God is good!~ All the time~! He put a song of praise~ in this heart of mine~ God is good ! God is good~ ALL THE TIME!"

 

I CRIED !

Joanna askd me why.

For awhile, I really don't know... ...

But I believe now, the holy sprit touched me :]

Jeanette Chen ever told me about this verse, "I am the shepherd and my sheeps reconize my voice"

She said,  "I believe this is the reason you always come back to church no matter how long you strayed"

I'm starting to believe this is real.

No matter how angry I get at God, how dissapointed I get at Him, I always want to run back to Him.

To crumble into His arms, To ask for His Forgivness, To beg Him to hold me.

To want to be loved, To needing Him.

Everything everything about my God, I love.

 

I'm learning to be apprecative.

I know it's not by chance that I get to be in church today.

It was not by chance that I ever saw Trinity @ Paya Lebar and said "1day, I wanna go to that church!"

It wasn't by chance that I ever emailed Ana.

It wasn't by chance I loved animals.

God was preparing me for something He knew would come.

 

I love my God.

I love my friends.

I love my family.

 

Today, I know I'm happy. Today, I know I'm contented.

yeah I'm back from Taiwan. 

yes my blog's dead for weeks? OH fAINT !

 

anyways, I've gainned 10 whole KGs now. (T.T)

Offically 56KG.

DARNS ! I'm so gonna diet!

Unless I can find a good way to slim down after birth. wahahaha

 

I MUST go back to 46KG after birth. Even if I need to fall sick for that to happen. GRRRR!!!

 

Anyways, MERRY CHRISTMAS to all in advance ! :D

I pray people still remember the true meaning of Christmas.

Jesus was sent to Earth on Christmas night because of the love of God, to save mankind.

 

Thank You Dear Father, for remembering me 2009 years ago. :)

Fatfat tummy @ 25weeks

thats soooo how i feel !!! I always kenna cramp tn want to jump out of bed and scream F**K!!!!!!

"Baby's hands are now fully developed and he spends most of his awake time groping around in the darkness of your uterus. Brain and nerve endings are developed enough now so that your baby can feel the sensation of touch."

Does that give him the excuse of rolling all around in mummy's tummy and moving around so much I feel there's probably a ball in my tummy?

LOL ! I wanna measure my baby! who has a recorder for me to place on my tummy???

NIAK ~ Did i say I'm leaking milk ? LOL ! kk , i dunno to be embrassed or to be proud. after all, it means i CAN produce milk. LOL LOL LOL
& Jael being Jael, guess what I did? (^_^)
The first time i noticed the leakage, i tot maybe when i drinking water i spilled it or smthing. But apprently for 2 or 3 nights also liddat. Thn yest, I smartly squeezed my breast. LMAO ! But you won't believe what I saw lor! I actually saw milk coming out of my nipples ( & I seriously wanted to take a picture of it except my blog would look very porno then). I stunned for awhile thn tried again. But this time round, I took my finger to get some milk on it and i TASTED it :DDDD LOLLOLLOL !!! ehh ... how did it taste like? ehh... IDK ehh ... Anyway, I'm gonna buy a breast pump to pump the milk out. If not it'd keep leaking. (ToT) So then I'd do an experiment and taste it. Plan B if I dun like the taste? What are dogs for? hahahahaha -Princy ~ I'm coming~-
